RULES TO BOOKING JAIDED STYLES
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Explore the JAIDED site services and see which style matches your desired look. Once you’ve figured it out, select your service, fill out any additional required fields (hair color, add-ons, etc), pay the non-refundable deposit and your service will be booked. Your deposit will come out of your total, and bring the proper balance to the appointment in CASH ONLY.
Please arrive to your service with your hair thoroughly washed and blow dried with NO products/oil. The finishing touches to your service will provide the moisture your scalp needs!
The location will be sent upon booking as well.
LATE POLICY:
A grace period of 9 minutes, free of charge, is granted. Once you’ve hit that 10 minute mark, there is a $15 fee. 15+ minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled. Failure to communicate your tardiness will result in a no call/no show.
NO CALL NO SHOW:
If you’re considered a no call no show, your appointment will be canceled and your card used for the non-refundable deposit will be charged 70% of the remaining balance. (EXAMPLE: a $230 balance will be charged $161).
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
Emergencies happen! Life happens! JAIDED is understanding of that. Therefore, you have up until the 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule without your deposit forfeiting (it is still non-refundable, it will be applied to your new desired appt. date).
If you decide to cancel and reschedule within that 72 hour period, you will have to completely re-book on the site.
If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, your card will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee. You will still be able to reschedule via the booking site; you just aren’t allowed to show up to your original appointment time once you’ve canceled.
LOCATION & ARRIVAL:
The location of the appointment along with arrival instructions will be sent via text message once your appointment is booked!
